If you're looking for assistance with a problem and you don't know where to turn, or you simply want information on a particular human service issue, 2-1-1 is for you. Callers in most Michigan communities have 2-1-1 access. Currently, 2-1-1 is available in Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston & Shiawassee Counties.

Child & Family Charities (Teens or people helping teens)
The Child & Family Charities counseling program offers a wide range of short-term counseling and therapy (including outpatient substance abuse treatment for ages 10-20 yrs.) services to meet the needs of most families and individuals from ages 4 and older. Our program can bill most major insurance/benefit plans and fees may be based on a sliding fee scale for those clients with limited income. Counseling appointments may be set on Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Community Mental Heath Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties (CMHA CEI)
The Substance Abuse Services and Corrections Mental Health programs of CMHA CEI) offer a program that provides outpatient screening, assessment, individual and group counseling, family intervention and psycho-education to residents of Clinton County. Individuals or agencies interested in making a referral may contact CMHA-CEI.
